Training Pathway

Foundation first. Flight training only after formal approval.

The TFTS pathway is designed to separate aviation readiness from regulated flight training clearly, helping students build the knowledge, language, and discipline required before progressing further.

Important distinction: Aviation foundation and readiness preparation do not constitute approved PPL or CPL flight training. Any future regulated flight training programme will only be offered after formal approval by the relevant authority.

Pathway Overview

Three clearly separated stages.

Readiness offering

Aviation Foundation

Build essential aviation vocabulary, academic orientation, safety awareness, and an understanding of the professional expectations associated with pilot training.

Readiness offering

Pre-PPL Preparation

Develop foundational knowledge in aerodynamics, navigation, meteorology, radio communication, and simulator familiarisation before any regulated flight-training commitment.

Subject to regulatory approval

Planned PPL/CPL Pathway

A future regulated flight-training pathway intended for formal review. It is not currently available for enrolment and no approval outcome or timeline is implied.

Readiness Areas

Preparation across knowledge, language, and professional habits.

Aviation English and communication readiness
Aerodynamics and aircraft knowledge foundation
Meteorology and navigation orientation
Radio communication familiarisation
Safety discipline and professional conduct
Simulator familiarisation where implemented

Entry Considerations

Readiness is reviewed before progression is discussed.

Consultation may consider academic background, English communication, aviation goals, expected timelines, personal discipline, and the student’s understanding of the regulatory pathway.

Indicative Consultation Flow

  1. 01Initial enquiry
  2. 02Background discussion
  3. 03English and academic readiness review
  4. 04Pathway explanation
  5. 05Preparation recommendation
  6. 06Future progression review

Next Step

Start with a realistic readiness conversation.

A consultation is intended to clarify preparation needs and regulatory status. It is not an enrolment guarantee for a future PPL or CPL programme.
