Regulatory Status

Trust through transparent status, not unsupported claims.

TFTS is in a development stage. This page explains the preparation pathway clearly, including what is being developed, what remains subject to review, and what is not yet available.

Development Roadmap

Six stages before any approved course launch.

01

Organisation setup

In preparation

Development of the organisational structure, responsibilities, governance, and internal accountability required to support future aviation training operations.

02

Manual and safety system preparation

Under development

Preparation of controlled documentation, safety processes, reporting structures, and internal oversight arrangements.

03

Training framework development

Planned — subject to authority process

Development of course structure, learning objectives, records, assessment methods, and supporting procedures for formal review.

04

Facilities and equipment

Planned — subject to authority process

Planning and verification of suitable facilities, equipment, learning environments, and technical resources.

05

Instructor and personnel qualification

Planned — subject to authority process

Qualification, competency, role clarity, and standardisation requirements for instructors and supporting personnel.

06

Approved course launch

Available only after formal regulatory approval

No regulated PPL or CPL programme will be launched before the relevant approval process is completed successfully.

What Approval Means

Formal permission must come before regulated flight training.

Regulatory approval is not a marketing phrase. It requires a formal process involving organisational capability, documentation, safety systems, qualified personnel, suitable facilities, training standards, and authority review.

Current position

Preparation and readiness development

TFTS may communicate its development work and readiness offerings, but it must not represent future PPL or CPL training as approved, available, or guaranteed before formal confirmation exists.

Not Yet Available

Clear boundaries protect students, families, and the organisation.

Approved PPL or CPL enrolment
Guaranteed approval timeline
Guaranteed pilot licence outcome
Published approval number or certificate
Confirmed aircraft fleet or instructor roster
Guaranteed visa, accommodation, or employment outcome

Status information should be updated only when supported by verifiable internal records or formal authority communication. No approval probability or target date is implied on this website.

Questions About Status

Ask directly. We will answer within the evidence available.

Students and families are encouraged to ask what is available now, what is still being prepared, and what future progression would depend on.
